Es volver a ti.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Limpiar, tirar, recolocar. No es solo por fuera. Es una forma de calmar el ruido, crear espacio y recordarte que s\u00ed tienes control sobre algo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ordenar fuera tambi\u00e9n organiza dentro.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em> <strong>Apagar notificaciones es una declaraci\u00f3n de principios.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>No es que no puedas m\u00e1s. Es que <strong>tu atenci\u00f3n se la est\u00e1n repartiendo entre 18 apps<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Pon el m\u00f3vil en silencio una hora. A ver si lo que necesitas no es m\u00e1s foco,sino menos interrupciones.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em> <strong>No tienes que aprovechar cada minuto.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Descansar no es tiempo perdido.
