- Nearly two-thirds (66%) of survey participants reported an increase in total compensation (including salary, bonuses and other cash incentives) over the 12 months prior to completing the salary survey \u2014 and 61% of survey respondents who received a compensation increase reported a boost of 5% or higher.<\/li>\n
